What we collect

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels on this site, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

We rely on your consent. We use your details only for the purposes you ticked: to send you information about Derby December 2026, and where you asked for it, information about Gateway Polo & Racecourse membership and the Founders Circle. Who else sees it

Your details are stored on our website hosting, and notification emails are sent through our email provider. These suppliers act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you ask us to stop, or until 24 months after Derby December 2026, whichever comes first. After that they are deleted. If you withdraw consent we delete your record promptly and keep only a minimal note that you asked to be removed, so that we do not contact you again by mistake.

Email registrations@derbydecember.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Keeping your information safe

The site runs over an encrypted connection, access to the registration records is limited to people who need it, and we review those arrangements periodically.
