Last updated 30 July 2026These terms cover your use of derbydecember.com and your registration of interest in Derby December. The site is operated by Gateway Polo & Racecourse Limited.
Registering your interest
Registering tells us you would like to hear from us. It is not a ticket, an invitation, a booking or a membership, and it does not create a contract between us. It does not guarantee admission to the event.
Invitations, admission arrangements and membership are offered separately and at the discretion of the club. Anything we send you about prices, hospitality or membership is information rather than an offer, until confirmed in writing.
Event details
Derby December 2026 is planned for 22 and 23 December 2026 at Gateway Polo & Racecourse, Ogun State. Dates, times, programme and facilities may change. We will tell registered guests about material changes as early as we can.
Accuracy of what you tell us
Please give us accurate details and let us know if they change. If contact details are wrong we may not be able to reach you, and we may remove records that appear to be inaccurate or submitted by someone other than the person named.
Our brand and this site
Derby December™ is a trademark of Gateway Polo & Racecourse Limited. The name, the club crest, the site design, text, photography and other material on this site belong to us or are used with permission.
You are welcome to view and share the site. Please do not copy, reproduce or adapt its content for commercial purposes, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests an association or endorsement that does not exist, without our written agreement.
Using the site
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or submit automated or bulk registrations. We may remove registrations and restrict access where we reasonably believe this has happened.
Availability and liability
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
